On March 31, 2004 NFL owners adopted a 15 yard penalty for excessive celebrations. The penalty was added to the fines previously in place for choreographed and multiplayer celebrations. That was a real shame, as it ended any more chances of watching a punk like T.O. get clocked at full speed for acting like a jackass...
