Cover of the Day

In honor of the Bulls-Pacers first round match-up, which has given us two of the better playoff games thus far, here is the March 1995 cover with Jordan on the cover after his first game back against the Pacers after a bunch of strike-outs and dropped balls in Birmingham.  Jordan struggled initially while wearing #45, but once he returned to his old #23 he went on to win three more championships.  Too bad he nearly ruined his legacy all over again by playing for the lowly Washington Wizards years later.

This return game was a huge deal back in 1995.
