Well Played

Shaka Smart, the MVP of this year's NCAA tournament, is a rising star in the coaching world after guiding VCU to a shocking final four appearance. Despite being offered a coaching job at a big time school in the ACC, Shaka has decided to stay at VCU. Great move. NC State is a disaster right now. Yes, he will make less money but he will forever be a legend at VCU and avoids coaching on a short leash at a school desperate to return to national prominence. A couple tough years at NC State and the fans will be looking to cast aside the short guy that looks like the bad guy on just about every season of "24". Great move, Shaka.
